Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on most new, unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. All products must include their original box, tags, and accessories.

Note: All Nike SB Dunk purchases are final sale due to limited availability. If your Dunk order arrives incorrectly or damaged, contact us within 48 hours.  We’ll provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund once the shoes are received and inspected.

Shipping

All orders ship from our Los Angeles location. Domestic orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Tracking information will be sent automatically once your order ships.
