Return & Exchange Policy

Please review this policy before placing your order. Returns are accepted only for eligible items that meet the conditions below.

Return windows

Standard Nike items: Request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Other eligible items: Request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Nike SB Dunk collaborations and limited releases: Final sale; no returns or exchanges.
Custom complete skateboards: No returns or exchanges.

Return conditions

Eligible returns must be requested within the applicable return window. Items must be unworn, unused, and in brand-new condition, with their original packaging. We cannot accept items that are worn, used, or damaged after delivery.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we sent the wrong item or the item arrived defective.

Items that can’t be returned or exchanged

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Nike SB Dunks, collaborations, or limited releases
Custom complete skateboards
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items
Socks, insoles, and other personal wear items
Digital or downloadable products
Any item marked “non-returnable” when purchased

Defective or damaged items

If your order arrived defective or damaged, email support@innercityskate.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review the request and let you know the next steps.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for items that arrived defective or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of delivery before sending anything back.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll email you with the result. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Gift returns

If the order was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to the recipient, an approved return will be issued as store credit. If the order was not marked as a gift, any refund will go to the original purchaser.

Mailing a return

Please contact support@innercityskate.com before mailing a return. If your return is approved, use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
