Return & Exchange Policy

Innercity Skateshop does not offer open returns. Please read carefully before purchasing. By completing your order, you agree to the terms below.

General Return Terms

• All returns must be initiated within the time window listed below

• All returned items must be unopened, unworn, and in brand-new condition

• Items returned worn, used, or damaged (not our fault) will not be accepted

• Refunds are only issued to the original payment method

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we sent the wrong or defective item

Return Windows by Product Type

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Nike SB Dunks, collaborations, or limited stock releases

• Custom complete skateboards

• Gift cards

• Clearance or final sale items

• Socks, insoles, and other personal wear items

• Digital or downloadable products

• Any product marked “non-returnable” at the time of sale

Nike Return Policy (Standard Items Only)

Nike products (excluding SB Dunks, collabs, and limited drops) must be:

• Returned within 14 days

• Unworn, unopened, and in original packaging

If your Nike item arrived defective, email us at support@innercityskate.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if:

• The item arrived defective or damaged

• You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

Refunds

Refunds are issued once we:

1. Receive and inspect the item

2. Confirm it meets all return conditions

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping will be deducted from your refund if the return isn’t due to an error we made.

Gifts

If marked as a gift at checkout and shipped to the recipient:

• A store credit will be issued upon approved return

• If not marked as a gift, the refund goes to the original purchaser

Return Shipping Guidelines

• Use a trackable shipping method, especially for items over $75

• We are not responsible for lost, untracked, or uninsured return packages
